When Domenico Ghirardelli founded his company in 1852, he committed to offering a premium chocolate product of the highest quality. Today, the historic chocolate factory on Ghirardelli Square is a San Francisco landmark. The popular Ghirardelli chocolate squares were first introduced in 1999. Meanwhile available in numerous varieties, these cater for diverse taste preferences with their signature liquid center.
