“As part of the graduate program, I rotated through different subsidiaries, which shaped me greatly both professionally and personally. I learned how to adapt to major changes, including moving to a new city, building a new life and friendships, and stepping into new areas of the business. These experiences made me more resilient and adaptable. Professionally, the program gave me the opportunity to learn an incredible amount. At times, I was thrown in the deep end, but those moments helped me grow the most. I also formed lasting professional connections and friendships with people I met along the way.”

Your journey to becoming part of Lindt & Sprüngli

We approach our recruitment process with the same care and commitment that define our chocolate. We want to understand the person behind the CV and ensure a strong match for both parties. Here is what you can expect:

Step 1

Application & CV review

Our HR team, together with the hiring manager, carefully reviews your profile to assess how your skills and experience align with the role.

Step 2

Assessment & virtual interview

Depending on the program, we invite you to a virtual interview and, where applicable, an online assessment to understand your strengths and how you approach challenges.

Step 3

Onsite case study & final interview

We like to meet our final candidates in person at our global headquarters in Kilchberg, Switzerland. There, you’ll work on a practical case study that offers a real taste of what we do – while we gain a deeper understanding of how you think and collaborate.

Step 4

The offer

If we’re both confident that it’s the right fit, we’ll extend an official offer. We look forward to welcoming you to the Lindt & Sprüngli Group.
