Board Regulations
The Lindt & Sprüngli Group Board Regulations governing the registration of shares and maintenance of the shareholder register are based on Article 3 of the Articles of Association and the applicable provisions of the Lindt & Sprüngli's Organizational Regulations. They were approved by the Board of Directors on October 24, 2024.
