Ricarda Demarmels (CH)

Ms. Demarmels has been a Member of the Board of Directors since April 2026 and is currently a member of the Audit Committee.

Ricarda Demarmels, lic. oec. HSG, has spent most of her career in the consumer goods industry, following several years in the financial sector, where she gained valuable experience in strategy consulting and private equity. She was CFO of listed ORIOR Group, then CFO at Emmi Group, and since 2023, she has been serving as the Group’s CEO, which is also listed on the Swiss stock exchange. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce and of the Advisory Board of the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
