Improving Livelihoods

We want to support the people in our value chain to create humane and resilient livelihoods. Our activities focus on farmers, their families, their employees, and the corresponding communities in our supply chain.

Rural Development

Our Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program and other sustainability initiatives for the procurement of raw materials that we support, help farmers and their families in creating a decent and sustainable livelihood. You can find out more about our Farming Program.

Human Rights in the Supply Chain

We respect the UN's Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and we conduct our due diligence using a risk-based approach to the raw and packaging materials we source. Our Supplier Code of Conduct is a key instrument in this endeavour, as it requires our partners throughout the entire supply chain to comply with social and environmental standards.
