World Cocoa Foundation (WCF) - since 2005

Supporting cocoa farmers and their families worldwide with programs that raise farmer income, encourage responsible, sustainable cocoa farming and strengthen local communities. Lindt & Sprüngli contributes through its membership in the WCF to improving living conditions of cocoa farmers.

Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) - since 2008

Promoting the growth and use of sustainable palm oil through co-operation within the supply chain.

Lindt & Sprüngli is a member of RSPO and thereby contributes to the increase of sustainable palm oil. The Group reports yearly on the progress made.

Earthworm Foundation (formerly known as "The Forest Trust") - since 2016

The Earthworm Foundation is a non-profit organization working with global companies, NGOs and communities to transform supply chains for people and nature.

In 2015, Lindt & Sprüngli started working with Earthworm Foundation as external assessment partner and became officially a member in June 2016. At least once a year, Earthworm Foundation visits and evaluates each of the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Programs for cocoa beans. Progress is regularly communicated on its Transparency Hub.

Carbon Disclosure Project - since 2007

Requesting information on greenhouse gas emissions, energy use and the risks and opportunities from climate change on behalf of institutional investors.

Lindt & Sprüngli discloses information on greenhouse gas emissions to institutional investors and benchmarks the results with peer companies.
