Media Release | New Member to the Group Management
Kilchberg, August 25, 2023 – Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG announces today to extend the Group Management with the addition of a new function dedicated to Human Resources. The Board of Directors appoints Nicole Uhrmeister as Chief Human Resources Officer and Member of the Group Management starting as of November 2023.
Nicole Uhrmeister gained over 15 years of experience in various HR management roles for multinational FMCG companies. She joins from Capri Sun Group Holding, where she was appointed Chief HR Officer in 2016. Before that, she held several HR roles at Coca-Cola. Nicole Uhrmeister holds a Swiss diploma in Human Resources and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Capital Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur.
