Our Health and Safety program is an established feature of our corporate culture. As a result, we have significantly reduced the number of occupational accidents in the Lindt & Sprüngli production companies. From 2008 to 2015, Lindt & Sprüngli production companies reduced the number of lost time accidents per 100,000 working hours by 87 %. Lindt & Sprüngli’s accident reporting scrutinizes all incidents and plans measures for future avoidance.
