On November 15th, 2011, Lindt brand ambassador Roger Federer, the Lindt Master Chocolatiers and Ernst Tanner, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lindt & Sprüngli, opened the Lindt Chocolateria in Kilchberg, Zurich. There, chocolate-lovers are able to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of the Master Chocolatiers. At the same time, the new “Lindt Teddy” Christmas product was launched. Five porcelain bears signed by Roger Federer were up for auction in aid of the Swiss winter relief charity.
A host of lucky prize-draw winners from all over the world traveled to the official opening ceremony at the company’s festively decorated headquarters.
They were the first to enjoy the privilege of making their very own chocolate creations at the Lindt Chocolateria just before Roger Federer and Ernst Tanner cut the red ribbon to open the lovingly furnished chocolate parlor.
At the same time, the “Lindt Teddy”, with its festive presentation and pleated red bow with a heart-shaped charm, was presented as a perfect companion for other successful figures, such as the Gold Bunny.
